# Protocol Security

**Audit**

CertiK has audited initial contracts:\
<https://www.certik.com/projects/nemesis-dao>

However, during Nemesis PRO Migration, the developers have updated some of the contracts:

1\) The main token contract (NMSP) received a "blacklist" function allowing admins to blacklist harmful addresses. Our community has repeatedly asked for this measure to stop front-running bots during token exchanges.

2\) The bond contracts received the "pause/unpause" function, the "set minimum bond price" function, and also some other minor fixes. These extra measures were added by the team in order to mitigate possible attacks on the bonds in the future.

Please note; even though these updates were shaped as per the needs of the community and the team, they are likely to be identified as "major or critical level findings" during examinations.\

**KYC**

Nemesis Network has AssureDeFi KYC for Helena Financial.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://nemesisdao.gitbook.io/whitepaper/other/protocol-security.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
